We were on the third floor, which meant there was one flight of stairs to walk (lift only accessible to the second floor). We were ok with this, but could see this wouldn't suit everyone.

The location was perfect for us as we were attending an event at Skycity which is 500m up the road. The room was really big and there was plenty of space. If you were staying longer and had a lot of luggage there is heaps of storage space. The room isn’t the “flashiest” but it was really clean and well kept which makes it a higher rating for me. And in saying that it still had plenty of modern amenities and wasn’t dated.

The apartment was spacious for a couple which was nice, close to lots of places. The staff were so accommodating to our needs too.

The first room was very closed in no windows and bed was very uncomfortable, I requested another room they were very accommodating and the next room was wonderful, beautiful natural light, good portions for kitchen, small lounge and separate bedroom perfect

Great location with easy walking distance to FMG sports ground, restaurants and casino. The room was spacious and well fitted out. Not the greatest view, but quiet and warm. Reception and check in was excellent and the onsite parking was great even if we had to pay another $20.

Glad that old steel framed windows have been retained in the building refurbishment. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

We got two rooms for our family. It’s was just beautiful with a lovely bar tender who was so welcoming and polite. Stunning outside area where we ate wood fire pizzas and a cozy room. The kids even enjoyed dipping in the pool and the husband was excited about the sauna. It had a playroom which was good to kill time before bed and a tennis court too! We loved it!!!

We use Quest all the time and the Quest Hamilton did not let us down as far as the room was concerned

Room was comfortable, location was central and ideal. On site parking was minimal but access to carparks close was convenient.

The staff we're inviting and helpful. Easy check in, I was worried about the stack parking system because we had a large Ford Ranger Truck but to our surprise it fit perfectly and the staff moved it when they needed too without disturbing us. Make sure to reserve your parking space though on booking the room. We were planning not to use our truck anyway since restaurants and shops were a 2min walk away. Our room was clean and comfortable. I loved how it was an old building but had the comforts of a modern design. Our Bed was comfortable and we were on level one and I was surprised how quiet it was considering the apartments are in the central town but I think our room must have been in the middle of the building. Kitchen had everything we needed but we ubered food to us. We really enjoyed this place, Staff were exceptional
